Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution: Maintain a disciplined split of 50% strategic calling and 50% Virtual Sessions to drive enrollments.
Student & Parent Advisory: Lead the student-centric and parent-inclusive closing process, navigating family decision-making with empathy and authority.
Closing Mastery: Utilize your expertise in on-spot closing, negotiation, and objection handling to achieve immediate conversions during virtual sessions.
Performance Excellence: Effectively communicate product value to consistently exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Relationship Management: Foster trust through personalized guidance and solution-oriented follow-ups to ensure a premium student journey.

Qualifications & Skill Sets

Experience: 1+ years in B2C Sales. EdTech experience is highly preferred.
Sales Prowess: Prior experience in Virtual Session (VC) sales is a significant advantage.
Essential Skills: Must be highly presentable with strong communication (English & Hindi and regional language).
Mindset: A high-growth mindset—someone who is results-driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Graduation or above.
