Work Description:
This is full-time, work from an office/home internship role based in Pune, where you’ll be an integral part of our HR Team, helping hire the right talent for our company.
Work Responsibilities:
Talent acquisition: Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Candidate engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an exceptional recruitment experience.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interview, take confirmation calls with the candidate to ensure timely interview conduction.
Pipeline management: Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Work Qualifications:
Should not have any commitments with regards to college examination or classes.
Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.
A willingness to thrive in a target-driven work environment.
Must have your own Laptop.
